Kepu Consultation
Zhejiang Kepu Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., referred to as “Kepu Consulting”, was established in 2007 and is based in Ruian, Zhejiang. After years of development, Kepu Consulting opened a new office in Wenzhou in 2019, which was subsequently established as its headquarters.
Starting from management system certification consulting, Kepu Consulting has gradually expanded its services to include factory layout planning and lean management consulting. It has developed an integrated enterprise improvement system centered around “Systems + Layout + Lean”, providing comprehensive solutions for business enhancement and operational optimization.
In the future, Kepu Consulting will continue to expand its business scope and build “The Next Kepu”, an enterprise service ecosystem.

In 2007, Kepu was officially established in Rui’an, Zhejiang, with food certification services as its starting point, marking the first step in the company’s development.
Management consulting division established

New standard certification support
Clients were guided through the new IATF 16949 certification.
Factory layout services launched
More than 10,000 clients served and three consecutive municipal service awards received.
